Management Consultancy and Crisis Management
RBMC have a full dedicated team of Healthcare specialists who can be allocated to your business to provide Management Consultancy advice or in house Operations and CRISIS MANAGEMENT solutions where we can take over non-compliance notifications, create bespoke action planning, on-site training for all mandatory and complimentary training provided by our Head Trainer who has over 30 years of experience within healthcare and providing training packages. Our team can advise and apply for any type of variation or new registration for your care home. Any requisite adaptations or modifications will be dealt with via our dedicated building team.

Chief Operations Officer.
Qualified financial consultant (B.A. honours bus.std, FPC, CeMap) trading within the square mile and headhunted to lead management and project processes, 15 years of direct Care Home management operations experience within England and Wales, fully accredited approved person and responsible person recognised by CSCI, CQC and CSSIW, crisis management and business development of some 200+ care homes, network of 45+ providers, human resource and management dexterity in excess of 20 years, spearheaded bespoke operational procedures and risk management strategies which are now widely adopted within the Healthcare sector, working closely with regulators and Social Services to deliver quality care services and contract negotiations. Engaged by international investment funds to Project develop 2 care villages in England.

Business Development Executive and Head Property Department.
25 years’ experience with worldwide business development and investment via private financial institutions & investment funds,  17 years’ experience within Healthcare finance, experienced with high level arbitration with financial institutions to negotiate and specialising in procuring off market propositions and a below market value, network of specialist agents (national and international) to acquire land for purpose building care homes and buildings for conversion to care homes.
Training Executive.
Heading our training team. Trainer with Social Services Adult Social Care Training and Development department, The British Red Cross ambulance crew trainer (Institute of Health Care Development) , NVQ assessor for Kent first aid, industrial safety consultant (TML endorsed), KCC train the trainer, , QCF level 5 in Residential Management, Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate  level 4, experienced registered manager with CQC, fully accredited Mandatory trainer including advanced Dementia training, confident with delivering training on a one-to-one to auditorium level. Accomplished author of training reference books in association with the National Back Pain Association and the Royal College of Nursing

CQC Management Executive
Registered General Nurse, NVQ4 and Registered Managers Award, registered Nursing Manager with CSCI and CQC, in access of 10 years Dementia specialisation, pioneer and developer of residential rehabilitation for acute and acquired Brain Injuries, experienced to gain enhanced remuneration from Social Services, CHC  and specialist NHS budgets.

Business Support
Qualified Bsc Nursing staff & full back office staff to assist with clinical and Medication  issues and support staff to source logistical requirements including; Risk Assessing (Staff, Residents, Environmental and Fire), LOLA, NEIC, Gas Safe, Elevator maintenance, pest control, hazardous/offensive waste disposal & storage and Legionella.

Information Technology
IT software and hardware specialist development team creating bespoke and innovative healthcare process techniques backed by state of the art technology.

Medical Support Team/Board
General Medical Lead Manager, Leading teaching Hospital Cardiologist and out Deputy Management Director) along with Professors and a 60 strong team of international and Harley Street based consultants with ranging specialities.

Recruitment.
Our recruitment team works solely with RBMC nationally, providing us with qualified permanent staff and temporary staff ranging from Nurses (with all specialisations), Healthcare assistants, team leaders, ward managers, registered Care Home Managers, all ancillary staff (cleaners, cooks, kitchen staff, laundry etc.), maintenance, gardening or grounds personnel including builders, electricians, plumbers, carpenters.
